She has been chief financial officer in Grupo Alluz, a family group of companies, since 2008. She is specialized in business management, both from a legal and an accounting perspective, as well as in the daily management of companies. She is member of the Supervisory Board of Diana Capital II, a private equity fund. She is manager and counselor , both independent and proprietary, in several companies and member of the board of philanthropic and cultural foundations.

She has a Law and Business Administration Degrees by Comillas Pontifical University, ICADE as well as an Executive Master in Business Law by Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
Her professional practice focuses on accounting and tax areas , providing services to individuals and companies. She has experience both in domestic and international tax law. Before becoming part of Vaedro Asesores she worked as a lawyer during 3 years in the Department of Tax Law of Garrigues firm and during 2 years in the Department of Tax Law of Alemany, Escalona & De Fuentes firm.
She is member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF) and the Bar Association of Madrid (ICAM).

Edmundo Vázquez Fernández

He has a Law and Business Administration Degrees by Comillas Pontifical University, ICADE.
Before becoming part of Vaedro Asesores, he worked as legal advisor in a multisector and multiobjective investment fund (venture capital, growth and real-estate) with a 32 million euro portfolio.
Currently, as legal advisor, he is member and secretary of boards of directors in several companies.
